    Pingshan District, as one of the youngest administrative districts in Shenzhen, carries the mission of positioning itself as the eastern center of Shenzhen. It is known as the "City of the Future" of Shenzhen.

    On July 26, 2021, Shenzhen Zhiyou Parking Technology Co., Ltd. signed a strategic cooperation agreement with the Pingshan District People's Government. The agreement aims to utilize the most advanced technologies for the smart parking system in Pingshan District, with high quality as the goal. The project focuses on solving the issue of parking difficulties and is committed to building the leading brand in static traffic parking in Shenzhen.

Qinghai · Gonghe

  • Highlights: Speed (Breaking the Deadlock)

  • Features: Secondary construction for parking upgrades, accelerated operations, policy implementation, and cost reduction

  • Project Details:

    Gonghe County is located in the northeastern part of Qinghai Province and serves as the eastern gateway to the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau, known as the "throat of Qinghai-Tibet." It holds an important position in the economic and social development layout of the Qinghai-Tibetan area.

    On April 6, 2022, the Gonghe County Government selected a smart parking construction and operation company through a public bidding process. The bid required the winning company to complete the construction and operation preparation within two months of signing the contract. The project opened for bidding on April 29. Shenzhen Zhiyou Parking Technology Co., Ltd. leveraged its advantages and mature experience in static traffic construction to win the bid. The company received the project award notification on May 9.

Huangshi · Yangxin

  • Highlights: Complexity (Adaptive Solutions)

  • Features: Government special bond project, with the government responsible for large new infrastructure projects such as the construction of multi-story parking garages. Zhiyou Parking is responsible for the intelligent upgrade of urban parking, requiring a "fast" implementation with the first phase to be completed within three months.

  • Project Details:

    Yangxin is located within the Wuhan "1+8" city circle, the core area of the Yangtze River Economic Belt, and the heart of the "Central Triangle." It is known as the "Gateway to Jingchu."

    The county has a population of over 1.2 million, with more than 400,000 residing in the county seat. Each year, a large number of people move from rural areas to the county, leading to a densely populated and vehicle-congested urban area, posing significant challenges for city management. In May 2020, the Yangxin County Government initiated the construction of a digital urban management system, using one platform and nine subsystems to create a smart city management system, aiming for comprehensive implementation of grid management. This includes urban parking, continuously improving the refinement of urban management and rapid response capabilities. On May 9, 2022, the Hubei Provincial Government Procurement Network announced the bidding for the Yangxin County Smart Parking Management and Operation Project. Shenzhen Zhiyou Parking Technology Co., Ltd. ultimately won the bid with first place. The contract term is 15 years, responsible for construction and operation, with a total project investment of 66.13 million yuan. Of this, 45.36% of the funding needs are met through special bonds issued by the Hubei Provincial Government; the remaining 54.64% is self-financed by the project unit.

PROJECT OUTCOME

1. Cost Reduction and Efficiency Improvement

Enforcement costs reduced by 70%, parking usage increased by 80%. By utilizing public parking, installing low-position intelligent parking sensors, full electronic information presentation, and uploading data to the Pingshan management platform, remote notification to vehicle owners can successfully eliminate illegal parking.

Utilizing technology to support green and low-carbon traffic management models, achieving 100% autonomous zero-waste construction in demonstration areas.

3. Increased Turnover

Using digital parking fee collection mechanisms to adjust parking space turnover rates, reduce the long-term occupancy by free vehicles, and achieve more than six turnovers per year per space.

4. Life First

Standardize parking spaces, release parking spaces for vehicles entering the city, achieve 90% compliance with parking regulations, and ensure emergency lanes are not occupied.
